Thursday afternoon

My plans on shorting were postponed over and over again until I now have given up the plans for today as we are seeing considerble strength.

ERIC is staying on the positive side. Looking for opportunities to short it though. Will keep you posted!

Took a shot at continued weakness, but ended quite flat.

I just sold my ERICs since I feel it's time to close the position at the best price as possible (68.90) corrected: 67.90.

Long position

Bought ERIC at 67.90.

Today

Bought back the ERICs at an average of SEK 68.79. I felt I was right in my short position. Luck was not on my side today thogh as I was resting with my order to cover the position at 68.00 (today's low is 68.05). However things like this tend to even themselves out... in the long run.

Some of you wondered why I did not cover earlier, but this is how I trade. I want to get the big moves and make fewer trades as this is what, for me, pays off in the long run.

Aiming to buy my short position a bit further down around 68. In case ERIC moves back to the entry level I might close the position at break even.

Last week had only very small (financial) rewards to offer.

I longed ERIC at 68.30. Taking a shot that this post-Sony Ericsson advance will strengthen.

Apologies for the late update, but as I wrote earlier I shorted when ERIC gave us a downside breakout. Sold at 66.5. Now waiting for some further weakness..

Bought some shares of ERIC. Probably I will keep them for the last hour of trading (67.50).

ERIC has advanced and then declined. I have a slight positive feeling and am willing to buy around the 67.50-.60 area.

We saw a nice trend today that I managed to capture a nice portion of. Covering here at the close.

Daytrading today?

Dear Friday traders,
Today has not given us much of volatility so far. For me the same strategy as yesterday, shorting on a downside break-out, feels like it could be useful today. I will wait and see because I at the same time I have the feeling there could be a lot to do on the upside if only the positive move somehow could be triggered.

Covering half of the position

ERIC continues to be weak. Covering half of the position before the call procedure, and half of it in it.

Short

Forgot to update, but I shorted from 68.10 a few minutes after 4 o'clock in line with the weak outlook I described in my previous post.

Update

Back in the b again but yet no ERIC-trade today. The general trend is strong, but ERIC is so weak so weak. Wanted to short it earlier but I have to stay along the sidelines for a bit awaiting further development.

Today

I was prepared to go short, and still would on a downside break-out. Howeve it's time for me to check out from trading for a couple of days, I have some travelling to do. See you again in the middle of the week!

New week, but no new trading yet. Watching ERIC B closely and I am thinking about selling it short. If it breaks below today's low my finger will most likely hit the button..
