Yesterday, no closing up. This week has thereby been very quiet.

Friday ERIC is quite strong so far. The question is if this will hold for the whole day. I will get back to you on this..

Now it's time to sell it. ERIC has been quite strong today, let's see what the closing call brings..

I longed ERIC at 68.30. Taking a shot that this post-Sony Ericsson advance will strengthen.

Had some favorable development, but closed the position here at break-even (66.50).

Update

Apologies for the late update, but as I wrote earlier I shorted when ERIC gave us a downside breakout. Sold at 66.5. Now waiting for some further weakness..

Getting rid of the position here in the closing call

Hoping for a nice end of the day!

Long position

Bought some shares of ERIC. Probably I will keep them for the last hour of trading (67.50).

ERIC today

ERIC has advanced and then declined. I have a slight positive feeling and am willing to buy around the 67.50-.60 area.

This is a (b)log about daytrading in Ericsson class B shares on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. The goal of each trade is to try to capture a large portion of the intraday trend thereby minimizing trading costs as this implies fewer trades. During recent years daytrading in Sweden has become harder due to increased presence of algo-trading firms that distort trading for many daytraders. The methods of used here aims at decreasing the risk of being tricked by the algo firms. The trades are based on technical analysis balanced with an assessment of the market sentiment of the day.
